How to Use Your Retatrutide Injection Pen

Using your Retatrutide pen correctly ensures safe and effective results. Follow these steps for proper administration:

1. Wash Your Hands
Clean your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling the pen or needle.

2. Prepare the Pen
Remove the cap and inspect the solution. It should be clear and free from particles. Take a new needle and remove the protective seal.

3. Attach the Needle
Securely twist the needle onto the pen to ensure a proper seal.

4. Prime the Pen
Dial a small dose and press the injection button while holding the pen upright to remove air and prepare the flow.

5. Select Your Dose
Turn the dial to your prescribed dose and confirm it in the display window.

6. Choose an Injection Site
Inject into the abdomen (at least 2 inches from the navel), thigh, or upper arm. Rotate sites regularly to avoid irritation.

7. Inject the Dose
Insert the needle at a 90° angle, press the button fully, and hold for 5–10 seconds. Remove the needle and dispose of it safely in a sharps container.

Recommended Dosing Guide

Start low and increase gradually to allow your body to adjust:

• Weeks 1–4: 2.5mg once weekly
• Weeks 5–8: 5mg once weekly
• Weeks 9–12: 7.5mg once weekly
• Week 13+: 10mg once weekly

Adjust only when appetite suppression begins to decrease. Stay on lower doses longer if effective.

Dial Guide:

• 30 clicks = 2.5mg
• 60 clicks = 5mg

Inject once weekly on the same day for consistency.
